Rabbis ask Tamir to prevent participation of 'messianic girl' in Bible Quiz

Heads of the Bnei Akiva yeshivot have asked Education Minister Yuli Tamir to prevent the participation of a messianic Jew in the international Bible Quiz.

In a letter to the minister, the rabbis said they could not accept the girl's participation in the quiz, which is designated for Jewish youth who believe in the Bible as the only Holy Scripture. (Moran Zelikovich)
