Peres: Israel defeated its attackers despite being smaller

President Shimon Peres said Thursday during a ceremony honoring outstanding soldiers that "there is no country in the history of mankind that has been attacked throughout the 60 years of its existence seven times by armies and twice by terror, and despite being smaller, has defeated its attackers who had so many advantages.
