Report: Renowned Likud activist behind new Olmert probe

Sources close to Prime Minister Ehud Olmert have told the London-based al-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper that the person behind the new police investigation against the prime minister is a renowned Likud activist.
According to the report, the activist decided to reveal the affair due to "the diplomatic moves in the region which prove Olmert has promised to make great progress in the negotiations and reach a real chance for peace between Israel and all Arab countries." (Roee Nahmias)
