The IDF is allowing the settlers and right-wing activists to visit the evacuated West Bank settlement of Homesh in an organized group.
A settler who arrived by foot at a checkpoint south of the settlement attacked the soldiers in the area, who prevented him from entering. He was arrested and handed over to the police. (Efrat Weiss)
