Lebanon opposition rejects proposal to end crisis

The Hizbullah-led Lebanese opposition rejected a proposal by governing coalition leader Saad al-Hariri on Thursday to end conflict between fighters loyal to the rival sides, Hizbullah's al-Manar TV said.

Al-Manar quoted an opposition source as rejecting any ideas for ending the conflict other than those proposed by Hizbullah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah earlier on Thursday. (Reuters)
