Lebanese minister asks France to influence Iran, Syria

According to reports from France-24 network, Lebanese Communications Minister Marwan Hamada called on French President French President Nicolas Sarkozy to apply pressure on Iran and Syria, in order to prevent Lebanon from becoming a fundamentalist state.

 

Earlier a different Lebanese minister accused Iran with interfering in the political situation in Lebanon, and attacking Beirut. (AFP)
