Palestinian killed in clash with settlers near Ramallah
One Palestinian was killed and another was arrested following a gunfight with two settlers north of Ramallah. The settlers claimed that the two Palestinians opened fire at them while they were hiking in the area, and that they shot back in response.
The IDF launched an investigation into the incident. (Efrat Weiss)
