Hizbullah gunmen have started to withdraw from Beirut, after the Lebanese army obligated to avoid taking actions that would undermine the organization. Eyewitnesses reported that trucks carrying gunmen were leaving the city as Lebanese troops were deploying on the streets. (Reuters)
