Yishai asks Suleiman to aid in efforts to secure Shalit's release

"No other country in the world would show as much restraint as Israel has," Industry, Trade and Labor Minister Eli Yishai told visiting Egyptian Intelligence Chief Omar Suleiman on Monday.
"We left Gaza without any preconditions, and yet there is no calm," Yishai said, adding that Egypt could do more to prevent the smuggling of weapons into the Strip. He called on Suleiman to aid efforts to secure the release of kidnapped Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. (Roni Sofer)
