IDF forces use teargas to break up Palestinian rally near Erez crossing

IDF troops were forced to use teargas Thursday in an attempt to deter Palestinian demonstrators from approaching Erez crossing.

The protestors were rallying in the area as part of the Palestinians marking the 60th Nakba. The rally was dispersed; IDF forces in the area remain on high alert. (Hanan Greenberg)
