South Korea expects the long-stalled international negotiations on North Korea's nuclear programs to resume next month, the country's chief negotiator said Friday.
Kim Sook made the prediction after a trip to China, the host of six-nation nuclear talks that have been deadlocked due disputes between the United States and North Korea over Pyongyang's promised declaration of its past nuclear activities. (AP)
