Settlers protest plans to open road near southern Mount Hebron

Several dozen settlers have blocked the southern Mount Hebron interchange Friday, as means of protest against the authorities' intent to open the roads to Palestinian cars.

According to the settlers, several shooting attacks have taken place in the area in the past. They demand the decision to open the road be halter pending the building of a bypass road. (Efrat Weiss)
