The Knesset's legal advisor, Attorney Nurit Elstein, believes the agreement between the three MKs who left the Pensioners' party to form their own faction may be illegal, Ynet has learned.
Elstein notes that the Knesset House Committee, which is scheduled to convene on Monday, will have to determine whether the move to splinter the party is permissible. (Amnon Meranda)
