It would be better for Israel to use solar energy rather than relying on Arab oil, President Shimon Peres said at a conference in Tel Aviv University.
Peres noted that solar energy "is not a member of the Arab league" and added that rising oil prices serve to fund terror. (Yael Ivri-Darel)
