A package containing an unidentified powder was found in the office of Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad in Ramallah, the Palestinian news agency reported on Saturday evening. According to the report, two of Fayyad's security guards suffered poisoning and were evacuated to a hospital. Palestinian forces have already arrested a suspect who apparently delivered the powder, which was sent for chemical analysis.
A Palestinian security officer confirmed the report to Ynet, but said the substance is apparently flour that had gone bad. He noted that Fayyad's guards were in good health. (Ali Waked)
