Iran's foreign minister dismisses any threat of military strike

Iran's foreign minister has dismissed threats of any military strikes against it.

Manouchehr Mottaki says that an Israeli threat made last week is "not serious." He also says he doesn't believe the United States has the capacity to carry out a strike on Iran. (AP)
