Organizers say Palestinian conference on track for more than $240 million

Organizers of a Palestinian conference in Berlin say donors are committing $242 million (-156

million) to specific projects strengthening the Palestinian police and judicial systems.

A diplomat, speaking on condition of anonymity because the meeting was still ongoing, provided details on the amount, which exceeds the more than $180 million (-115 million) organizers had sought for the next three years. (AP)
