Driver of illegal Palestinian residents gets jail time
The Kfar Saba Magistrates Court sentenced Salah Amara, 35, of Kfar Qana to two years in prison for driving four illegal Palestinian residents.
The judges said in the ruling that Amara fled police after he was asked to pull over, ran a red light and drove against the traffic and endangered other drives. He also received a 10-month suspended sentence. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
