The Police Investigation Unit arrested former Border Guard police officer Yanai Lalza, who was convicted of killing a Palestinian youth during his service in Hebron.
The District Court sentenced Lalza for six and a half years in prison, but he disappeared following the delivery of his verdict and never reported to prison at the set date. (Efrat Weiss)
