Olmert: US allows Israel to dream of peace

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert attended the 4th of July celebration at the US ambassador to Israel's residence Thursday, along with President Shimon Peres, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and Defense Minister Ehud Barak.

"If we can dream of achieving peace with the Palestinians and hope that day would come; if we can dream of peace with Syrian, it's because the United States is at our side," he said. (Roni Sofer)
