Belarusian health officials say more than 50 people have been injured in a bomb explosion at an outdoor concert in the capital of Minsk.
The blast took place before dawn Friday at a downtown concert celebrating the country's independence day. The concert was held at the Hero City memorial, which commemorates Minsk's suffering during World War II. (AP)
