Palestinian arrested near Jerusalem, admits he planned to stab soldier
A 27-year-old Palestinian was arrested Monday evening by Border Guard officers at the a-Ram checkpoint, north of Jerusalem, in possession of a knife.
The suspected admitted in his interrogation that he had planned to stab a police officer or soldier. There were no injuries in the incident. (Efrat Weiss)
