Dichter: Terrorist doesn’t represent people of east Jerusalem

Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter arrived Tuesday to the scene of the bulldozer attack in Jerusalem.

"Unfortunately, this is the third incident this year that a lone terrorist targets Israelis just because their Jewish. I have no doubt that neither this man nor his predecessor represent the people of east Jerusalem," he said. (Efrat Weiss)
