Security forces kill senior Hamas member wanted by Israel
A senior Hamas member wanted by Israel was killed Sunday in a joint Shin Bet, police and Israel Defense Forces operation in the West Bank city of Hebron. There were no injuries among the security forces.
Palestinian sources reported that the man was killed after the forces bulldozed a house following his refusal to surrender. His body was removed from the rubble. (Efrat Weiss and AP)
