At least 45 dead in Vietnam floods
Officials say at least 45 people have been killed in landslides and floods in northern Vietnam.
At least 47 others are still missing and officials fear more will die as heavy rains continued Saturday. Provincial disaster official Thao A Tua says Lao Cai was the hardest hit province, with 20 deaths reported and 45 missing. (AP)
