Report: Turkey confirms suicide bombings wounds 13

Turkey's interior minister reportedly has confirmed that 13 policemen were wounded in a suicide bombing this week.

NTV television cites Besir Atalay as saying that a man who was being pursued by police detonated the explosives at a checkpoint outside the southern city of Mersin. The minister says one of 13 wounded policemen is in serious condition. (AP)
