Georgian lawmakers urge cut in Russia ties

Georgia's parliament is urging the country's leadership to break off diplomatic relations with Russia over its invasion.

Lawmakers unanimously approved a resolution Thursday calling on President Mikhail Saakashvili's government to cut diplomatic ties with Moscow. It called Russia an "Aggressor country." There was no immediate response from Saakashvili's office. (AP)
