Jerusalem: Large police forces to secure Ramadan prayers

Thousands of Israel Police and Border Guard officers will be deployed in Jerusalem's Old City and the Temple Mount compound ahead of the first Friday prayer session of the holy Muslim month of Ramadan.
Police will allow the entrance of married male residents of the West Bank aged 45-50 who carry permits, men over 50 will be permitted to enter the area without a permit, and women aged 30-45 will be allowed entry with a permit. (Efrat Weiss)
