Tel Aviv police's Fraud Investigation Unit arrested two Bat Yam residents, aged 31 and 36, who are suspected of acquiring fraudulently thousands of shekels from a fund for recently discharged IDF soldiers.
The two allegedly took advantage of the fund's financial assistance policy, applying for financial aid using forged signatures and false academic documents. (Avi Cohen)
