Explosive device activated near IDF force near Gaza Strip; no injuries

An explosive device was activated near an IDF force which moved along the border fence in the southern Gaza Strip. No injuries occurred but light damage was done to the fence.
This is the first explosive device activated in Gaza in the past few weeks. Palestinian eye-witnesses spoke of the billowing smoke in the area of the explosion. (Hanan Greenberg and Ali Waked)
