Former MK Rubinstein: Deal between Kadima, Labor 'constitutional joke'

Former Minister Prof. Amnon Rubinstein called the coalitional agreement between Kadima and Labor a "constitutional joke" and a "political outrage."

"According to the letter of this agreement, the prime minister of Israel would be the head of a paralyzed shadow government and will not be able to function without Ehud Barak's consent," he said. (Ynet)
