National Union-National Religious Party to become one party
Members of the National Union party and the National Religious party have agreed to unite their ranks and form a new right-wing party under a different name.
The party is intended to appeal to a broader range of voters, including secular citizens. "We'll put the emphasis on Judaism, Zionism and a Jewish identity," said party officials. (Attila Somfalvi)
