The US State Department said on Friday two Americans had been confirmed killed in the attacks in Mumbai and more Americans were "at risk" as efforts to rescue hostages continued.
"There are still Americans at risk," said State Department spokesman Gordon Duguid, who declined to provide further information except to say that there were still "operations" ongoing in the Indian city. (Reuters)
