Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is seeking to promote an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, which he presented to his French counterpart, Nicolas Sarkozy.
Mubarak said that during the proposed talks between his country, Israel, and Hamas the sides will discuss the smuggling of weapons into the Strip. (Roni Sofer)
