Tel Aviv: Construction of ONE tower completed
Danya Cebus completes construction of Menachemov family's 28-story building located near Namir Road. Company's revenues from construction total NIS 160 million

Danya Cebus, of the Africa Israel Group, has completed the construction of the ONE tower in Tel Aviv's Tzameret Park, at the corner of Namir Road and Halacha Road.
The company's revenues from the project totaled NIS 160 million (about $39.3 million).
The company received the populating permit from the Tel Aviv Municipality last week, and the tower's residents began moving in this week. The tower was built for the Menachemov family and a diamond merchants' group called Psagot Hahalacha.
The building includes 111 housing units, divided between two wings – one of 28 floors and another of eight floors. The tower also includes underground parking. In addition, the compound has a luxurious lobby and a swimming pool.
Danya Cebus CEO Ilan Ben Gigi said, "We completed the luxurious project within 32 months, and we are very proud of the fact that 90% of the apartments have already been sold in light of the quality of construction and the overall environmental development."
