IDF confirms soldiers fired at Palestinians near Bat Ayin settlement
The military confirmed Wednesday that forces sent to break up a clash between settlers and Palestinians near the West Bank settlement of Bat Ayin used crowd control measures to disperse the riot.
The IDF said that the soldiers had to resort to using live fire due to massive stoning by rioters. The military further confirmed that four Palestinians suffered gunshot wounds to their lower extremities and that several others were hurt by smoke inhalation. (Ynet)
