The Faire Fund, established by Zalman Shoval and Shlomo Grofman, recently struck one of the biggest real estate deals in the central city of Holon for one apartment.

The Fund sold a penthouse in its Hadar Tower, located in the city center, for NIS 3 million (about $731,522).

The apartment, on the tower's 22nd floor, measures 185 square meters (1,991 square feet) in size, and includes a balcony of 100 square meters (1,076 square feet) with a view of the sea. The deal reflects a price of about $4,000 per square meter.

The Hadar Tower building includes four, five and six-room apartments measuring 155, 167 and 187 square meters (1,668, 1,797 and 2,013 square feet) in size. In the past, five-room flats in the same project were sold for NIS 1.34 million (about $325,500).

The building includes a lobby floor with a cinema, an equipped workout gym and a clubhouse for the tenants.
