Hamas confirms senior operative killed by Israel
Hamas confirmed that one of its senior commanders was killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank city of Hebron after a 14-year manhunt.
The IDF stated that 45-year-old Abed Majid Daodin had recruited and dispatched suicide bombers. That included two bus bombings in 1995 that killed a total of 10 Israelis and wounded more than 100 others. Hamas vowed to avenge the terrorist's death. (AP)
