Arab paper: Saudi king asks Obama to impose deal on Israel
King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia asked US President Barack Obama during a meeting last week to impose an agreement on Israel regarding the Palestinians because "Arab patience is wearing thin," Arab-language, London-based newspaper al-Hayat reported Sunday.
The article quoted Saudi sources, who said the kind had stated that "we want (the US) to be a serious part of the solution for the Palestinians, and even impose a solution if need be." (Roee Nahmias)
