State cancels charges against settler so as not to reveal classified information
The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office has reneged on an indictment filed against Ze'ev Braude, accused of firing at two Palestinians during the evacuation of a disputed building in Hebron several months ago, following the Supreme Court's decision that evidence defined as classified information must be revealed.
The State decided to cancel the charges rather than reveal the material. The indictment accused of causing injury with malicious intent. (Aviad Glickman)
