Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin expressed his reservations regarding Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Sunday speech during his meeting with former US President Jimmy Carter.
"The heart of the conflict is not local or territorial, but is Jewish-Arab in general. There is no agreement in Israel on the two-state formula, and we cannot allow under any circumstances the establishment of a neighboring state that will pose an actually existential threat on us," He said.
