Broadway show stoppers: A musical theater concert

Concert dedicated to greatest songs out of Broadway's most popular musicals promises to wow audiences

Which of these songs do you love more: Maria, If I Were a Rich Man, A Whole New World? What is your favorite show: The Sound of Music? West Side Story? Cats? Whatever you answered, they are all part of the Israel Musical's summer production that is a tribute to the magic of Broadway. A showstopper is a song so good that the audience stops the show with applause.

Yisrael Lutnick – the singing Rabbi that established the Israel Musicals - has chosen some of the greatest Broadway songs of all time. He will perform them together with soprano Shimrit Rabi, and supported by singers Eli Shimon, Jessica Ouzen, Rahel Jaskow and Lev Kerzhner. Accompaniment by pianist Marina Levinsky and ensemble.

Songs from: West Side Story, Grease, Gypsy, Phantom of the Opera, A Chorus Line, The Lion King, Fiddler on the Roof, The Producers, Guys and Dolls , Thoroughly Modern Millie, South Pacific, and more.

Israel Musicals is dedicated to bringing great musical theater to Israel in its original English, just like on the West End or Broadway. The theater has recently produced shows such as Man of La Mancha, The Sound of Music and 1776. Israel Musicals are proud to provide a stage for professional musical theater performers to perform in English some of the classic shows of Broadway.
