Lawyers for a Palestinian refugee who has spent years living under severe restrictions as a terror suspect in Britain will ask a court to grant him travel documents so he can leave the country.
Mahmoud Abu Rideh was arrested in 2001 and later released from detention under an anti-terror law that allows terror suspects to be tagged and subject to nightly curfews. Rideh has said before that restrictions placed on him by the control orders have made his life intolerable. (AP)
