UN chief: North Korea's missiles deeply regrettable

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says North Korea's launch of ballistic missiles this weekend is deeply regrettable and unhelpful for peacefully resolving tensions over Pyongyang's nuclear weapons program.
Ban says he is concerned about the missile test firings and that they defied UN resolutions. He told reporters on Sunday that North Korea's communist regime has closed all doors to communication and dialogue. (AP)
