Man runs naked through Tel Aviv, claims to be invisible

Police offices in Tel Aviv arrested a 27-year-old man as he was running naked on Pinkas Street in the city.

 

The man claimed he is "invisible" and therefore can walk around naked. (Avi Cohen)
