Minister Katz: Fatah's draft platform a declaration of war against Israel
Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz responded to reports claiming that Fatah would update its political platform such that it will no longer recognize Israel as the Jewish state during its general assembly taking place this week in Bethlehem.
Katz said, "The draft version for Fatah's meeting is a declaration of war against Israel." According to him, "Fatah's unwillingness to recognize Israel as a Jewish state is tantamount to erasing the State of Israel from existence." (Roni Sofer)
