FM: Situation in PA thwarts any chance of peace in near future
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman met Monday with 29 Democrat congressmen who are visiting Israel.
Lieberman told them that "the Palestinian do not have one authority representing them all. There is 'Hamastan' in the Gaza Strip and 'Fatah-land' in Judea and Samaria. The current Fatah platform, as suggested in their congress, buried any chance of reaching a comprehensive peace agreement with the Palestinians in the near future." (Roni Sofer)
