Topaz affair: Threatening letter to actor Zvika Hadar found
Post office security officer finds bullet, letter saying 'it will end with device', with fingerprints of entertainer Dudu Topaz - charged of ordering attacks on various media personalities - all over
An Israel Postal Company security officer in the Givat Shaul neighborhood in Jerusalem filed a complaint with the police, claiming he found a letter with a bullet and threats against entertainer Zvika Hadar.
The police say a forensics test revealed that the finger prints on the parcel belonged to entertainer Dudu Topaz, who has been accused of ordering attacks on several media figures.

The letter, that did not include an address, had a message to Hadar saying, "This is the end, and one day, it will end with an (explosive) device."
Police believe the letter was sent before Topaz was arrested, and consequently charged with ordering attacks on media executive Avi Nir of the Keshet Television network, Reshet TV executive Shira Margalit, agent Boaz Ben Zioni, and plans to attack Amos Regev, editor in chief of the Israel Hayom newspaper.
The letter with the bullet was not signed. It was transferred from the post office to the police, and it remained unclear how it reached Jerusalem. The letter and its entire content will be transferred to the Tel Aviv Police who are running the investigation against Topaz.
Tzvika Hadar in response said, "I did not hear about this, although I am no longer surprised by anything in the story. I don't have anything else to say about it."
Topaz will be remanded until August 25 at the least, after an indictment was filed against him in which the prosecution referred to him as a "master criminal, a dangerous, violent and unrestrained man that over a period of many months meticulously planned his revenge against the media world only because he feared his star was fading."
