The Gindi Holdings company reported last week that it had sold a penthouse in one of its Gindi Heights towers in Ramat Gan for NIS 8.4 million (about $2.2 million).

The apartment, located on the 25th floor and measuring 206 square meters (2,217 square feet) in size with a 63-square meter (678-square foot) balcony, was bought by an Israeli businessman.

The sold penthouse is located on the projects Nobility Floors, which stretch over the 25th to 29th floors. These floors include unique triplex apartments with private swimming pools and an elevator on the 27th to 29th floors, and large penthouses on the 25th to 26th floors. The starting price for apartments on these floors stands at NIS 6.61 million ($1.74 million).

The apartments were planned by architects Oded Halaf, Hanan Peri and Shalom Davidovich and are accessorized with unique and prestigious technical specifications: Bathrooms decorated with complete tiles, huge double-glazed windows, a heating and air-conditioning system including underfloor
heating and smart electricity consumption, as well as a private luxurious swimming pool for each triplex. The triplex apartments include roof balconies measuring up to 224 square meters (2,411 square feet).

The company also reported that it had already sold 194 apartments in the Gindi Heights projects, for an estimated NIS 390 million ($103 million). The first tower is expected to be completed by April 2010. The project includes two 29-story buildings with a total of 204 apartments (102 in each tower).
