Dozens of residents of the southern town Arad demonstrated against the Gedera-Hadera protocol that stipulates that Sudanese refugees be barred from the central region of the country.
The residents protested the fact that the protocol places the burden of the refugees on them, and urged the government to intervene. (Ilana Curiel)
